HTC is not a clinic, and does not hold clinical records, provide treatment, or manage ongoing client data. Each therapist listed operates independently, holds their own professional registration and insurance, and is individually responsible for their own confidentiality and data protection practices once you’re in contact with them directly. What we collect and why
When you complete the contact form on this website, we collect your name, email address, and message. This is used solely to pass your enquiry to the therapists on this website, so they can respond to you directly.

What happens to your information
Once your enquiry has been forwarded, we do not retain your details. Any copy held by HTC is deleted within 30 days. From that point, any ongoing correspondence and record-keeping is between you and the therapist you’ve contacted, under their own privacy practices.

Lawful basis
We rely on your consent, given by submitting the form, to share your details with the therapists listed on this website.

If you disclose something indicating risk to yourself or others, we cannot guarantee an immediate response or that we will maintain confidentiality. In some circumstances we may need to share your information to help ensure your safety or someone else’s.
